WoW has had the same problem since its launch more than 15 years ago - lack of beginner friendliness. Although World of Warcraft is significantly less complex and actually easier to understand than other MMORPGs, it was almost impossible for genre newcomers to get started without help from other players. It's not for nothing that many players leave the game again before level 20 - as the developers explained a few years ago at BlizzCon. One reason for this might be that many of the complex mechanics are insufficiently explained to new players. This should finally change in Shadowlands with the new starter experience. And Blizzard is taking this a little further. So that new players don't have to wander endlessly through the capitals after the new tutorial, the class instructors are now moving together and can all be found in one place in the upcoming expansion.
To this end, the command center in Stormwind has been redesigned, which now houses the instructors of the individual classes on three floors
In Orgrimmar, on the other hand, the class instructors gather in the Hall of Warrior Heroes, in the Valley of Honor.
Only the instructors of the two hero classes - Death Knight and Demon Hunter - are not found here, however. However, since these two classes also have other starting scenarios, their teachers are logically found in these areas.
Also, of course, portals to the new Bastion zone have been added in both Orgrimmar and Stormwind. However, these are likely to be removed soon and replaced with portals to Oribos at some point. Because while Bastion is just one of the areas of Shadowlands, Oribos will become the new hub, so to speak - a kind of Dalaran 3.0.
