With WoW Patch 9.2, when we set out to put the dungeon master Zovaal in the Mausoleum of the First back in the chains he deserves, we will not only be able to capture lots of new tier set armor pieces, but also various other equipment items. One of these new items is a special one-handed mace for healers, which we want to introduce to you in more detail because of its interesting bonuses.
Interesting bonuses that depend on class and target
The Genesis Lathe mace is among the loot that you can potentially grab from the raid boss Lihuvim in the Mausoleum of the First. It has a special effect when you equip it: Characters wearing Genesis Lathe receive the Ephemeral Effusion buff every 40 seconds, which boosts the next matching healing spell - granting the target the exact bonus "they need at the time."07:39
WoW Patch 9.2: Zereth Mortis in the Video Preview
Which healing spell Ephemeral Effusion boosts depends on your class:
- Restoration Druid: Regrowth
- Restoration Shaman: Healing Surge
- Discipline Priest: Shadow Healing
- Holy Priest: Lightning Healing
- Holy Paladin: Flash of Light
- Mistcaster Monk: Enveloping Mist
The WoW (buy now ) Head dataminers have found out that Ephemeral Effusion can cause five different bonuses:
- Life steal is extended.
- Speed is extended.
- Grants damage absorption for 10 seconds.
- Generates additional healing.
- Evasion is improved.
The exact values of the bonuses have not yet been determined, the PTR build currently only contains placeholders. But we want to know from you: What do you think of this new weapon? Is it already one of the absolute must-haves in the Mausoleum of the First? Or will you leave it to the left? Write us your opinion in the comments!
