Original Message: The optional reagents should in WoW (buy now 14,99 € ): Shadowlands to make crafting interesting again. To this end, they offer players the opportunity to add certain additional bonuses to manufactured items. We'll explain exactly how this works in our article on the new feature. However, Blizzard has now made additional adjustments to the reagents in the alpha of Shadowlands, which make the crafting system more flexible compared to the previous version.
AsWowhead reports, the developers have adjusted a tooltip, according to which until now there was a limit of two optional reagents per item, although some items had more than two slots for them. However, the tooltip in the new version does away with this limit, indicating that we are allowed to fill more than two slots with optional reagents for certain items.
Blizzard has also added new optional reagents in the alpha that only work in combination with plate armor of blacksmithing. Accordingly, there will likely be unique bonuses from optional reagents for each armor class in Shadowlands.

Finally, the developers have also adjusted the individual reagents once again, which is why we are giving you an overview of the current status of the feature here - but keep in mind that this is the alpha version and various details can still change until the release.
